Dunham Forest Golf and Country Club is close to the M6 and M56 motorways and a short distance from Manchester Airport, within 30 minutes’ drive of Manchester and Liverpool city centres and just 10 miles from Wilmslow.
From M56, take exit 7/8 signposted Altrincham and Lymm. Follow the A56 towards Altrincham, go straight through the traffic lights then take the first turning on the left just after the sign for the golf club onto Bradgate Road. Follow the road to a T junction, then turn left onto Oldfield Road. This road is closed to traffic after the entrance of the golf club.
Train or Taxi
The nearest mainline railway stations are at Stockport, Wilmslow, Warrington Central, Bank Quay or Manchester Piccadilly. Taxis are available from each of the stations with journey times less than 30 minutes.
The Manchester Metrolink runs from Manchester Piccadilly to Altrincham and a taxi journey from the Metro station would be less than 10 minutes. We can organise Executive Cars, Mini buses or Taxi’s if required.
